I’ve built my career around program evaluation in PK–12 education, with a focus on federally funded initiatives.
Focus
-

Impact and Economic Evaluation
I design evaluations that measure both effectiveness and value, helping education leaders understand not only whether programs work but also if the investment is worth it. My work in ROI and cost-inclusive evaluation connects program outcomes with financial decision-making to strengthen resource use and sustainability.
-

Data Support
I help schools and programs build data systems that make information meaningful and usable. From dashboards to performance tracking tools, my goal is to turn data into a practical resource that supports planning, reflection, and continuous improvement.
-

AI-Powered Tools
I create AI-driven tools that simplify complex evaluation processes, making data analysis and compliance more accessible for educators and program staff. These tools, like Coach TINA and Inspector TIM, bridge innovation and practice to make evaluation more efficient and collaborative.
My Academic Background
-
I am currently pursuing my PhD in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Measurement and Evaluation at the University of South Florida, a journey I began in 2023. My research focuses on impact and economic evaluation of districtwide programs, emphasizing advanced statistical methods such as multilevel modeling to understand program effectiveness and value across complex educational systems. This work bridges my professional experience with a deep commitment to advancing how evaluation informs large-scale educational decisions.
-
I earned my Master of Arts in Applied Learning and Instruction from the University of Central Florida in 2021, where I focused on program evaluation and research in educational settings. My graduate work deepened my understanding of how learning theory connects to program design, implementation, and assessment, building the foundation for my later specialization in educational evaluation.
-
I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, where I developed a strong interest in education policy, social systems, and data-driven decision-making. This early exposure to policy and governance shaped my commitment to using evidence and analysis to inform educational improvement.
